A membership is required to use the Ag Society Grounds
Non rider $5,
Youth (non-voting) $5,
One day $5, (only applies to privately booked events/clinics, regular rentals require a full Ag Society membership)
Adult/Rider $30,
All users require an Ag Society Membership.
To pre-book riding please call the Facility Manager at 403-627-7758.
The Rate is $35/ hour for the indoor or outdoor arenas.
All payments must be made at the time of booking. Payments can be made by cheque or cash deposited in a detailed envelope in the drop box or by E-Transfer

RENTAL GUIDELINES
1. Weekday bookings are to be made before noon the previous day. Weekend bookings are to be made before noon on Friday.
2. Day rate is from 8:30 am to 10.00 pm.
3. All renters who do not carry their own insurance must sign a waiver.
4. Shavings, hay, grain etc. can only be used if the ground is packed.
5. Straw is not to be used in the arena at any time.
